Alleged gas attack kills at least 35 in Syria’s Idlib: SOHR

At least 35 people, including nine children, have been killed in a suspected gas attack in Syria’s rebel-held Idlib on Tuesday morning, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

Pictures and videos circulating on social media showed dozens of people who had chocked and foamed at the mouth.

Medical sources speaking to SOHR said these were signs of a gas attack.

The Syrian government has denied using chemical weapons in the past.
