US President Donald Trump has said Federal Judge James Robart will be responsible if America is attacked.

Judge James Robart, by blocking the president’s executive order, had placed America in “peril”, by allowing citizens of seven Muslim majority countries to pour into the country Donald Trump said in a tweet on Monday.

The new US administration has declared that it will use “every legal means” to reinstate the executive order on refugees and immigration, but has vowed to comply with the judge’s order.

Mr Trump posted on Twitter, “Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril. If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!”

In a following tweet the US President added, “I have instructed Homeland Security to check people coming into our country VERY CAREFULLY. The courts are making the job very difficult!”

Thousands of people were left stranded at airports following the Mr Trump’s executive order on 27 January. There were massive protests in America and across the world against what people called the “Muslim ban.” The matter is expected to be resolved in court.
